    Data about who you are and the company you work at.

    • Who you are: name and surname, e-mail address and phone number.
    • The company you work at: position, name of the company and country.


  3. How do we obtain it and where does the data come from?


    We obtain the data directly from you

    • By completing the Open Gateway Developer Hub Enroll Form;
    • Through the contact form (a form for requesting general information about the Open Gateway and/ or the Open Gateway Partner Program initiative available on our website or on the social networks we use
    • By completing the Open Gateway Partner Program registration forma; or
    • Through our newsletter subscription form.

  4. For what and why do we use your data?


    We use your data to communicate with you

    • About your application for the Open Gateway Developer Hub because you have accepted the applicable T&Cs for the evaluation stage.
    • Contact you regarding the application to enroll Open Gateway Partner Program because you have accepted the T&Cs for this first evaluation phase.
    • For providing you information about Open Gateway, the Open Gateway Developer Hub, the Open Gateway Partner Program or send you the requested newsletter, because you have given your consent through the relevant form or because we have a legitimate interest in keeping in touch with you to inform you about Open Gateway news, as you have registered for the Open Gateway Developer Hub, by applying for registration in the Open Gateway Partner Program or by, previously requested information from us about Open Gateway or subscribed to our newsletter.

     

  5. How long do we keep your data?


    Until they are no longer necessary for the legitimate purpose for which we use them. In general, we will no longer keep your data at the time if it is not necessary to continue the evaluation and selection of applicants or in case you don’t need more information about Open Gateway, the Open Gateway Developer Hub or the Open Gateway Partner Program initiative.

    However, there are some exceptions to this general rule that we explain below.

    Specifically, we must continue to keep some information about you to:

    • Collaborate with the authorities and respond to their information requirements.
    • Defend against lawsuits, complaints and / or claims.


    However, during this additional period we will apply a series of additional measures and actions to ensure the protection of your information and your privacy.


  6. Who has access to your data (besides Telefónica Innovación Digital, S.L.)?


    Only in case you are selected for the Open Gateway Developer Hub and/or in the Open Gateway Partner Program, Telefónica will share your data with the relevant Telefónica Operator (Telefónica de España S.A.U., Telefónica Móviles España S.A.U., Telefónica Brasil S.A. y Telefónica Germany GMBH & Co OHG) based on the interest of facilitating the Open Gateway Developer Hub and/or your registration as a Partner int the next phase. Phase that, may entail the acceptance of the T&Cs applicable to each of the APIs and/or the different Telefónica Operator.

  7. What are your rights and how can you control your data?


    Access, rectification, suppression or request the portability of your data, as well as other rights and management options available such as opposition to the processing.

    In general, you will be able to execute all these rights (at any time and for free) by writing to opengateway@telefonica.com.

    For this, it is important to bear in mind that:

    • When you exercise a right, you must send your request from the same email address that you used to register in our forms.
    • The requests for the exercise of rights must be as specific and detailed as possible, indicating in them the specific right that you wish to exercise.


    Finally, in case you do not agree on how to treat your data you will have the right to file a claim with the national control authority, by contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency, whose contact information is as follows:
